NobiNobi was born in Bordeaux in 2014 under the impetus of Sing-Lee Ly, a passionate fan of Asian cuisine. The restaurant quickly became a success, thanks to an original menu that bucked the sushi trend of the day.
At NobiNobi, no sushi, but Yakisoba, Katsu Curry, Bao Burger and it works! In 2018, on the strength of this success, the brand opened its 1st drive-through in Le Haillan, followed by branch openings in Sainte-Eulalie, Fargues Saint Hilaire and Libourne.
In 2021, 2 franchisees join the adventure with the openings of Marseille Grand Littoral and Paris Oberkampf. 2023 marks the real launch of NobiNobi’s development, with 7 openings and 4 projects in the pipeline for early 2024.
The NobiNobi concept is based on taking customers on a journey to Japan, with a carefully designed décor and, above all, an explosion of flavours that will take their taste buds on a journey!
