CAVAVIN brings together wine merchants and winemakers, relying on the family continuity of the group with Olivier Mermuys, the founder’s son-in-law, now General Manager. For almost 40 years, CAVAVIN has worked in partnership with over 300 winemakers to offer a selection of authentic, exclusive products at excellent value for money.

With each store meticulously tailored to its locale, CAVAVIN ensures a diverse selection of 600 to 800 products that cater to the unique preferences and budgets of consumers. The brand prides itself on its adaptability, empowering each CAVAVIN caviste to infuse their personality and expertise into customer interactions, catering to both B2C and B2B clientele. Furthermore, franchisees benefit from comprehensive daily support across various facets, including training, product procurement, financial management, events coordination, logistics, and communication.
