One Stop gives 240 franchise stores a single delivery dashboard

One Stop is giving its franchise partners a single system for handling home delivery orders. This autumn the Tesco-owned convenience chain is rolling out an order aggregation tool across more than 240 franchise stores. The tool brings Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats and Snappy Shopper onto one device, and One Stop is covering the monthly integration fees.

The rollout was reported on 12 October 2026 by Convenience Store, Scottish Local Retailer and Talking Retail. One Stop is owned by Tesco and runs a franchise model for independent retailers in England, Scotland and Wales. Its franchise partners are usually people who already own a convenience store and convert it to the One Stop fascia, alongside the chain’s company-owned shops, an entry route that differs from most food and drink brands recruiting UK operators, which take applicants without a site. The new tool runs on technology from Deliverect, a specialist in delivery order management.

Until now, a convenience store selling through several delivery apps typically received orders on a separate device for each platform. The system One Stop is rolling out pulls these orders onto one screen, where staff process and fulfil them. It also brings in a standardised picking process. One Stop says this cuts errors, training time and picking costs. Performance reporting, stock management and product scanning are part of the package. The trade reports mention no figure on online sales or on savings per store.

Tim Josephs, head of online at One Stop, said: “Online delivery continues to create significant growth opportunities for independent retailers.” He added that the company is “protecting franchisees’ margins by covering all monthly integration fees”. The amount of those fees has not been published. Josephs also pointed to the reporting side of the tool, saying it gives stores “greater visibility of their performance” and helps them spot sales trends. One Stop says it has provided dedicated onboarding support to help stores get the most from the platform.

Independent store owners in convenience can join a franchise such as One Stop or sign a supply agreement with a symbol group, and each fascia sets out what support it provides in return. One Stop presents the delivery tool as part of its franchise proposition. Raj Sangha, a One Stop franchise partner whose Erdington store was among the first to trial it, said: “The biggest benefit for us has been simplicity.” He said managing orders across the platforms had been time-consuming before the change.

One Stop is not the only group moving this way. On the same day, Snappy Group, which runs the Snappy Shopper platform, said it had secured a seven-figure lending facility from Virgin Money. Snappy said it would use the facility to scale its own order aggregation product. It named Co-op Wholesale, SPAR Scotland and Musgrave as recent partners for that product.

The amount of the facility has not been disclosed. In both cases, the aggregation tool is chosen and supplied by the fascia or the wholesaler rather than by each store, the kind of central support a prospective operator weighs when comparing brands recruiting partners in the UK.
