A hands-on pest control franchise with a head office mentor and an exclusive territory
The Pest Company is a pest control business serving York and North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire, treating rodents, insects and birds for domestic and commercial customers. It now franchises its model to self-motivated people who want to run their own pest control company.
No pest control experience is needed. The company teaches franchisees to treat all common pests, and every franchise owner works towards the RSPH Level 2 accreditation, the industry’s recognised qualification.
A mentor for every territory
Each franchisee works with a dedicated head office mentor to develop the business in an exclusive territory, with regular one-to-one reviews, a flow of marketing ideas and franchise meetings to share ideas. Stationery, marketing and promotional materials are supplied at cost.
The company looks for hands-on, organised candidates with good communication skills who can finance the franchise purchase and initial working capital. It shares the full breakdown of costs and support when it meets candidates.
