In 2009, after touring the world to discover the most innovative and sustainable restaurant concepts, and tasting hundreds of products from all over the world… the Salad and Co team created its own concept!

It’s a different kind of place to live, where good food, the ability to customize your plate and good humor reign supreme. The brand’s leitmotiv: to democratize eating well for all, with affordable prices and a healthy, gourmet and accessible catering offer. At Salad & Co you can serve yourself and refill, never eating the same thing. Every customer gets the experience they want!
A salad bar pioneer since 2009, Salad & Co is a unique concept that lets you compose your own salad from 50 fresh, seasonal and mostly French ingredients. Everyone can indulge at any time of day, on the spot or to take away. In the same vein, the brand also offers plancha dishes to warm up those short winter days. All cooked in front of the customers to ensure … “hot”!
Salad&Co also offers three original concepts in a variety of urban settings:
RESTO: brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner – any occasion is a good opportunity to spend some quality time with family and friends and indulge in all-you-can-eat healthy food.
CORNER: THE gourmet break in the middle of the working day. A coffee, a pastry, a salad to take away, offer your customers everything they need to relax and recharge before returning to work 100% recharged…
STREET is THE new local restaurant in town. Whether on site, on delivery or to take away, customers are free to decide how to treat themselves to fresh, seasonal produce.
Today, the brand has 13 restaurants across France, including 2 franchises in Lomme (59) and Saint Quentin (02). It plans to open 2 more stores by the end of 2024, in Rouen (76) and Sin-Le-Noble (59), as the brand’s reputation is predominant in the north of France. Ideally, the brand plans to roll out gradually from north to south, with around 10 openings a year.
