The company was established in 2001 and describes itself as the UK’s longest established multi-service pet care provider, operating from head office at Andover in Hampshire. It is a founding member of the Pet Care Franchise Association, which it set up alongside Barking Mad, Pet Stay and We Love Pets to push for better training and licensing standards across the sector.
Services run to pet sitting, small pet boarding, dog walking, dog home boarding, a specialised cat care service, puppy and elderly dog care, and a pet taxi and transportation service. Staff are fully insured, trained and police checked.
