Stores are compact and built for operational efficiency, with much of the trade coming through online ordering and delivery platforms.

The brand has been ranked in the HSBC Elite Franchise Top 100 for two consecutive years, the only pizza chain to achieve that, and was named Best Pizza Restaurant of the Year at the 2025 British QSR Franchise Awards. It has also won Pizza and Pasta Awards in 2018, 2020 and 2022 and the Prestige Award for Pizza Takeaway of the Year in 2020-21 and 2021-22.
