Heated, mat-based Pilates is moving out of northwest Indiana. Vibe House Hot Pilates, founded in Crown Point in 2023, opened its franchise offer in January 2026 with a total investment of $297,100 to $466,700. Its first franchised studio, in Mansfield, Massachusetts, has since been reported.
Rosalie Black, founder and CEO of Vibe House, launched the franchise concept in Crown Point in 2023. In 2025 she added a second corporate studio in nearby Valparaiso, and the brand’s booking page now also lists St. John, Indiana. In January 2026 the franchise sales were handed to REP’M Group, a franchise development firm based in Cornelius, North Carolina. Its portfolio also includes Alloy Personal Training, HOMEstretch, SWEAT440 and Musicologie.
A Mat-Only Pilates Model Built for Larger Classes
Every Vibe House class takes place on a mat, in a room warmed by infrared panels to roughly 95 to 105 degrees. There are no reformer machines. The schedule rotates three formats: Sculpt is a faster-paced, core-focused class; Power is a slower, strength-focused session; and Recover centers on mobility. Studios typically range from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet and accommodate 30 to 40 clients per class, compared with the 12 to 15 clients typically needed to operate a traditional reformer studio. Each location runs with four to six instructors, and the franchisor rolls out new choreography and playlists every 90 days.
What a Vibe House Franchise Costs
The brand’s first Franchise Disclosure Document, issued on January 23, 2026, sets the initial franchise fee at $60,000. Franchisees pay a 7% royalty plus a 2% contribution to the brand fund. The estimated initial investment ranges from $297,100 to $466,700, depending on the market and the build-out. REP’M Group lists minimum requirements of $250,000 in liquid capital and $750,000 in net worth.
When the FDD was issued, the system counted two company-owned studios and no franchised units. Under the FTC Franchise Rule, this disclosure document must reach a prospect at least 14 calendar days before any signature or payment. It is a disclosure, not a government approval of the business.
REP’M Group describes early demand for the offer. “There’s nothing else out there like this. Since we started offering the franchise opportunity in January, we’ve had a ton of interest,” says Marisa Kochnover, director of franchise development at REP’M Group.
A First Franchised Studio Outside Indiana
The International Franchise Professionals Group has reported that a franchisee operates a Vibe House studio in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The owner came to the brand with a background in real estate, hospitality and short-term rentals. This is the first franchised location named publicly. It is also the first studio outside Indiana. As of early November, the brand’s own website still listed only its Indiana booking locations.
Vibe House’s mat-only format sets it apart from reformer-based franchise brands such as Club Pilates, whose studios are built around the machines. Neither Vibe House nor REP’M Group has published a numerical development target. The January announcement says only that the brand intends to scale nationwide. Beyond franchise sales, REP’M Group offers real estate and construction management through a unit it calls Build’M. Several states require a franchise to be registered before it can be offered there, and the brand’s website does not list the states where its offer is currently registered.
