Celebrity investment continues to flow into fast-casual franchising. Beyond Juicery + Eatery, a Michigan-based health and wellness franchise brand, has announced a multi-million-dollar strategic partnership with Grammy-nominated artist and entrepreneur Flo Rida, who joins the company as an equity stakeholder. The deal targets South Florida as its priority expansion market while supporting the brand’s broader national development strategy.

Beyond Juicery + Eatery is a fast-casual franchise concept built around made-to-order smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, nutrient-dense bowls, and fresh wraps. Founded in the Detroit area, the brand has grown a following among consumers seeking quick-service options in the health and wellness category. The partnership was brokered by board member Niko Moschouris and co-founder Mijo Alanis, who identified Flo Rida’s entrepreneurial background and cultural presence in South Florida as a strategic fit for the brand’s next growth phase.

Flo Rida’s involvement in the partnership extends beyond brand representation. As an equity stakeholder, the artist is described as a participant in market expansion planning, brand development, strategic alliances, and consumer engagement initiatives. South Florida, where Flo Rida maintains a strong cultural presence, has been identified as the initial priority geography for new locations.

The health and wellness fast-casual segment has drawn sustained interest from both franchisors and investors over the past several years, as consumers shift toward fresher and less-processed food options. Beyond Juicery + Eatery competes in this category alongside smoothie and juice-focused brands that have recorded expansion activity across Sun Belt markets. Celebrity-backed franchise partnerships have historically generated increased brand visibility and franchisee inquiry activity for the brands involved.

The announcement did not include specific unit counts for the South Florida rollout, projected investment figures, or a development timeline. The company stated that additional details regarding the partnership’s initiatives will be disclosed in the coming months. The transaction was facilitated by The Law Office of Joseph Adeife, which represented Flo Rida throughout the franchise agreement process. According to the firm, the deal reflects “a shared commitment to innovation, community impact and building long-term enterprise value.”
