The operator behind one of America’s established group fitness franchises is launching a dedicated senior concept at a scale that signals a serious national rollout. Fit Body Forever, the 60-plus fitness brand developed by Fit Body Boot Camp, filed for franchise registration in eleven states between October 9 and October 13, 2026, a multi-state push that typically precedes an active franchisee recruitment campaign.

Fit Body Boot Camp was founded in 2009 in Chino Hills, California and has grown to more than 190 locations. The brand built its network around 30-minute group training sessions and has developed a reputation in the boutique fitness sector for its operational systems and franchisee support model.

Fit Body Forever is its senior-focused extension, designed as a standalone concept targeting adults aged 60 and older. The filing cadence, Wisconsin on October 9, Indiana on October 12, and eight additional Initial applications on October 13, is one of the more aggressive multi-state registration pushes seen in the fitness franchise sector this fall.

Between October 9 and October 13, Fit Body Forever filed franchise registration applications in Wisconsin, Indiana, and eight additional states, bringing its total state filings to eleven within a single week. Filing across multiple states simultaneously requires coordinated legal and administrative preparation and generally reflects a brand that is ready to move quickly once registrations are approved.

The Initial filings do not yet allow the brand to sell franchises in those states, but their approval typically follows within weeks to months depending on each state’s review process. The standalone Fit Body Forever franchise is separate from the existing Fit Body Boot Camp franchise offering, and its Franchise Disclosure Document is not yet publicly available.

The Fit Body Forever concept is structured around four training foundations: Functional Mobility, Power, Balance, and Stamina. Sessions are coach-led, low-impact, and adapted to individual mobility levels and joint health. The brand positions itself as addressing age-related muscle and bone loss through consistent group training, rather than general fitness.

Since August 2026, Fit Body Boot Camp locations across the United States have hosted free Fit Body Forever workshops, each including a fall-risk screening, a grip strength assessment, a mobility and balance clinic, and a joint health consultation. These workshops have served as a visible launch platform for the standalone franchise concept.

The senior fitness category has attracted growing investor interest as the scale of the demographic shift becomes clearer. An estimated 10,000 Americans turn 65 every day, a pace that will continue through the early 2030s as the Baby Boom generation moves fully into retirement age. Standard boutique fitness formats, which typically target adults in their 20s through 40s, have not historically addressed the mobility, balance, and joint health needs of older adults.

The Medicare and Medicare Advantage systems have expanded coverage for fitness-related benefits in recent years, creating a secondary revenue channel that senior-specific fitness concepts can access in ways general gyms cannot. Fit Body Forever’s positioning targets this intersection of unmet demand and reimbursable services.

Fit Body Boot Camp’s existing franchise investment ranges from $195,850 to $391,800, with a franchise fee of $57,600 and a royalty of 5% of gross revenue after the first 12 months. These figures apply to the parent brand; the standalone Fit Body Forever Franchise Disclosure Document has not yet been made public and its investment structure may differ.

As state registrations are approved, the brand is expected to begin active franchisee development. Interested operators can register at fitbodyforever.com, where the brand is collecting inquiries ahead of its formal launch. The combination of an established parent franchisor, a built-in senior workshop rollout already underway in more than 190 markets, and a large addressable demographic makes this one of the more closely watched fitness franchise launches of the fourth quarter.
