Ritchie and Amber’s Commitment to the PHG Family

One of the very first things Ritchie and Amber did after taking over PHG was to pack up the car, grab their leads and notepads, and set off to visit all 12 franchisees. Their goal was simple yet profound: to meet everyone face-to-face, see their day in action, and spend quality time getting to know them. From joining dog walks to tagging along on home visits, not to mention relaxed chats over a cup of tea, each visit proved to be extremely enjoyable. It was genuinely nice to foster a strong connection with the PHG family.
