L’Alsacien, born in 2014, is based on Jacques-Henri’s family know-how. Having grown up in the heart of L’Auberge Saint Martin in Kintzheim, a family restaurant renowned at the time for making “one of the best Tartes Flambées in Alsace”!
Today, L’Alsacien is the world’s leading Flammekueche bar! It’s a friendly, high-tech establishment that celebrates Alsatian culinary art. In this new-style concept bar, a beeper signals that you can pick up your tarte flambée directly from your Flambeur and share this new experience with your friends.
As you can imagine, Made In Alsace is in the spotlight! More often than not, the only intermediary between the supplier and the customer’s table is our know-how, not to mention our interpersonal skills. L’Alsacien, backed by its regional network, gives pride of place to local producers, favoring direct purchases. As proof, the wines are all from independent Alsatian winegrowers, without exception!
In 2021, Alexandre, Valentin, Mikaël and Olivier wrote a new page in the history of l’Alsacien, by becoming the first franchisees. Our goal? Open 2 to 4 franchises a year to cover around twenty territories. Then we hope to conquer the world! Will you be the next… to join our Family and distribute as much happiness as possible?
Someone with a background in the restaurant industry or someone who is changing careers and has a strong interest in this sector!
Entering the catering business with Flammekueche as your flagship product offers many advantages. Its ease of preparation and versatility allow entrepreneurs to create a diversified menu while keeping production costs under control. Quick cooking in the wood-fired oven optimizes customer flow and ensures efficient table rotation, boosting potential sales.
