Au Fût et à mesure is a chain of beer bars which, through an innovative self-service and table-ordering concept, has put conviviality and exchange back at the heart of the establishment. These are living spaces where everything is done to offer customers a playful experience and let them enjoy the present moment.

The adventure began with two of our own establishments: in Lille in 2008, followed by Amiens in 2011.
In 2012, the three founders decided to develop Au Fût et à mesure as a franchise.

Since then, the network has conquered the whole of France, setting up in city centers as well as in business and leisure areas. The concept hit the mark right from the start, and customers feel right at home, as evidenced by the fact that they have joined the Fûteurs and Fûteuses community.

Au Fût et à mesure is first and foremost a “Bièrerie” where we give pride of place to the product we love so much – beer! – with a wide range of hops, both draught and bottled. But as in any self-respecting bar, you’ll be offering cocktails, spirits, softs and a range of aperitif platters to share and satisfy the sweet tooth.

Our nationwide coverage enables us to operate from North to South in a buoyant market in which our preferred product has been booming for over 10 years.

Thanks to our experience in point-of-sale management, and the profitability of our business model, we aim to expand throughout France, opening 120 new Au Fût bars over the next 10 years.
