Xponential Fitness has signed the largest franchise development deal in its history, expanding its partnership with Riser Fitness to accelerate growth of its Club Pilates brand across the United States.

Under the agreement, Riser Fitness will develop 127 new Club Pilates studios over the next five years, adding to its existing portfolio and significantly increasing its footprint within the system. The deal also grants the franchise group rights to remaining territories across six states, including California, Nevada and Washington.

Riser Fitness, already one of the largest operators within the network, currently runs more than 100 studios and holds a growing pipeline of development rights both in the U.S. and internationally.

The agreement reflects Xponential Fitness’ broader strategy of scaling its brands through large, multi-unit franchise partnerships. The company, which operates a portfolio of boutique fitness concepts including Club Pilates, relies heavily on experienced operators to expand across multiple territories.
