Access to and use of the Franchise Applicant/Network Leader contact service involves the collection of personal data concerning the prospective franchisee and Network Leader. In particular, when filling in the questionnaire, Candidates transmit information about themselves. The same applies to Network Heads when sending the information sheet. If the person concerned does not consent to providing their personal data, they will not be able to access and use the service.”
As data controller, the Company is sensitive to the protection of your personal data. As such, the purpose of this privacy policy is to inform Franchise Applicants and Network Heads of the way in which their data is processed and to assure them of compliance with the regulations established in particular by European Regulation EU2016/679 of April 27, 2016 as well as the amended French Data Protection Act 78-17 of January 6, 1978.
This privacy policy applies to the entire Platform. As this policy is bound to be updated in line with legal provisions and the services offered by the Company, Franchise Applicants and Network Heads are invited to consult it as frequently as possible.
1. What personal data is collected?
Several types of personal data may be collected on the site and other digital solutions, in particular :
- your name and contact details, including e-mail and postal addresses,
- your function,
- your telephone and fax numbers.

We use your personal data to process your requests to put you in touch with a Candidate/Network Head.
3. How long will my data be kept?
The data collected will be processed and stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, in compliance with the standards, regulations and texts in force.
Nevertheless and in accordance with Article 5 of the RGPD, certain personal data may be “kept for longer periods insofar as they are processed exclusively for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes”.

L’EXPRESS CONNECT departments and individuals authorized to process it for the purposes specified.
This data may also be communicated to referenced persons for the purpose of
fulfilling the processing purposes.
It will also be transmitted to Network Heads who have
subscribed to a L’EXPRESS CONNECT subscription, as part of their
relationship with Candidates who have filled in an information form when creating their
account.

Certain data may be transferred to Network Heads or referenced persons established outside the European Union on condition that they present sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the RGPD, in particular if the countries present an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the European Regulation EU2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

All persons having access to your data are authorized and bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
In this respect and in accordance with Article 32 of the RGPD, the Platform and all referenced persons undertake to implement all necessary technical and organizational measures with a view to guaranteeing the security as well as the confidentiality of the data processed.
