Bagelstein: innovation and craftsmanship in street food since 2011
In 2011, Bagelstein opened its first restaurant in France.
With 100% of its bakery and pastry products made in its own production workshop, Bagelstein has developed an enriched and diversified offering in the street food sector, with ever more generous and tasty recipes.
The brand now has 87 restaurants in France and Europe.
In January 2024, Bagelstein launches 8 new bagels, designed to better respond to current trends and customer desires, while retaining the brand’s quirky DNA and its pillars: taste, pleasure and indulgence, combined with a big dose of creativity.
BAGELSTEIN, Bagelstein is also a wide range of coffee shops and sweet products.
As for drinks, whether hot, iced, milkshakes or smoothies, there’s something for everyone, whatever the time of day!
And for those with a sweet tooth, flans, cheesecakes, donuts, muffins, cookies, cakes, fruit salad and, of course, sweet bagels are on the menu every day!
OVER 10 YEARS OF CREATION
The brand, known for its humor, quirky DNA and mouth-watering recipes, has always been committed to imagining, creating and marketing a unique offering in the fast-food market.
These are devised by the R&D teams, then tested and validated by a panel of tasters.
Once the recipes have been approved, they are transferred to the production workshop in the Paris region.
It’s here that the brand’s entire food offering is hand-crafted from fresh, high-quality produce.
Delivered to the restaurant each morning, the bagels are reheated on the spot, to order.
They are then topped with ingredients carefully selected by Bagelstein, including sauces and condiments specially created by the brand.
This artisanal positioning sets Bagelstein apart from the competition, and ensures that we offer quality products at affordable prices.
