In 2000, Claude Raison created a revolutionary concept that has now become a matter of course, based on 2 observations. The first was that a store represents a significant fixed expense, and the second was that to do the job properly, i.e. to design a kitchen, you needed to have a real exchange with your customer, in the peace and quiet of their own home.

23 years on, Raison Home, taken over by his son Laurent in 2008, is Europe’s 1st store-free home furnishings network, and continues to pursue its ambition of offering a collaborative global home design experience to generate 101% satisfaction. Our customer support method is based on proximity, trust and co-design. Our transparent sales policy enables us to establish a sincere and genuine relationship with each and every customer.

To ensure that more and more consumers have access to our services, our objectives can be summed up in 3 missions:

• Strengthening regional coverage: With the aim of having more than 200 Home Designers within 3 years, we are expanding our network to provide comprehensive home design solutions.
• Customer satisfaction beyond 100%: Our goal is not just to meet but exceed our customers’ expectations. By bringing the Raison Home experience to as many customers as possible, we strive to provide unparalleled satisfaction in home design.
• Launching new services: To enhance the global home design experience, we are expanding our offerings to include not only kitchens, but also bedrooms, bathrooms, storage solutions, dressing rooms, TV furniture, decorations, and more.
