Eat Salad, leader in healthy, made-to-measure fast food, ends 2023 on a high note...confirmation of a business model that works!
A record-breaking opening, an award at the 36ᵉ edition of the Trophées "Meilleurs Franchisés & Partenaires de France", ambitions affirmed by the co-founders for 2024...
- October 4 is a milestone in the Eat Salad brand's calendar: the opening of the franchise's 72nd restaurant in Coutras (33) attracted a record crowd from the very first service, with over 600 customers!
- On November 13, the brothers and co-founders of the Eat Salad franchise, Joseph and Antoine Barat, were honored at the 36ᵉ edition of the "Trophées Meilleurs Franchisés & Partenaires de France", organized by the Fédération des Réseaux Européens de Partenariat et Franchise (IREF), under the high sponsorship of the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Economic Sovereignty, with the "Prix de l'Excellence Managériale" (photo attached free of copyright - From left to right: Michel Khan, President of IREF - Joseph Barat, Cofounder of Eat Salad - Thierry Cabannes, Journalist).
A validation for the co-founding brothers of their working methods.
- By the end of 2023, with a network of over 70 Eat Salad restaurants opened across France in just 10 years, the co-founders are convinced that their business model works!
Using a meticulous, rational and mathematical approach, nothing is left to chance in the expansion of their concept: "a study we carried out throughout 2023 has identified 392 territories for future restaurants, a very attractive prospect for possible locations", explains Antoine Barat, and continues, "no fewer than 580 elements of success for the Eat Salad concept have been listed and classified to check reproducibility and prepare an effective transfer to our franchise candidates".
For these two young entrepreneurs, this is the culmination of an incredible adventure that began only 10 years ago, and they firmly believe in reproducing this success!
- By 2024, 30 Eat Salad restaurant openings are planned!
Exporting the concept is also on the agenda for the coming year, in Vancouver, Canada, in May, and in Barcelona, Spain, in June.
The overall concept will be the same, since "no matter what your age or religion, we all grew up with tomatoes, carrots and mushrooms!" concludes Antoine Barat.
