About Bagelstein
Bagelstein is the story of two bold and experienced entrepreneurs, Thierry Veil and Gilles Abecassis, who came together in 2010 to found a brand dedicated to bagels and other delicacies. As part of the thriving French cuisine sector, our freshly baked bagels and pastries offer a unique taste of French dish innovation.
- Ideal surface area: from 24m² (kiosk) to 150m² – without extraction
- Location: No. 1 city-center, shopping mall or train station site
The Bagelstein concept requires :
- No catering expertise (lowest payroll in the sector)
- No extraction
- No negative chamber (only cool!)
- No cooking terminals
Every day, our bakers make bagels and pastries in our workshops, which we deliver (already baked) to the company’s restaurants 2 or 3 times a week.
Join our multi-unit operator agreement and be part of the successful units operating under the Bagelstein brand. Our menu also includes delightful items such as egg yolk and boiled eggs, all prepared with high-quality products.
