In 2025 she added a second corporate studio in nearby Valparaiso, and the brand&#8217;s booking page now also lists St. John, Indiana. In January 2026 the franchise sales were handed to <strong>REP&#8217;M Group<\/strong>, a franchise development firm based in Cornelius, North Carolina. Franchisees pay <a href=\"https:\/\/lexpress-franchise.com\/en-us\/articles\/how-much-does-a-franchise-cost\/\">a 7% royalty plus a 2% contribution to the brand fund<\/a>. The estimated initial investment ranges from <strong>$297,100 to $466,700<\/strong>, depending on the market and the build-out. REP&#8217;M Group lists minimum requirements of <strong>$250,000<\/strong> in liquid capital and <strong>$750,000<\/strong> in net worth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the FDD was issued, the system counted two company-owned studios and no franchised units. Under the FTC Franchise Rule, <a href=\"https:\/\/lexpress-franchise.com\/en-us\/articles\/what-is-a-franchise-disclosure-document\/\">this disclosure document must reach a prospect at least 14 calendar days<\/a> before any signature or payment. The owner came to the brand with a background in real estate, hospitality and short-term rentals. This is the first franchised location named publicly. It is also the first studio outside Indiana. As of early November, the brand&#8217;s own website still listed only its Indiana booking locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vibe House\u2019s mat-only format sets it apart from <a href=\"https:\/\/lexpress-franchise.com\/en-us\/our-franchises\/pilates-studios\/\">reformer-based franchise brands<\/a> such as <a href=\"https:\/\/lexpress-franchise.com\/en-us\/franchise\/club-pilates\/\">Club Pilates<\/a>, whose studios are built around the machines. Neither Vibe House nor REP&#8217;M Group has published a numerical development target. The January announcement says only that the brand intends to scale nationwide. Beyond franchise sales, REP&#8217;M Group offers real estate and construction management through a unit it calls Build&#8217;M.
